He is the mystery man of this year's draft, because he didn't play college basketball this past season, there simply is no tape of him against upper level competition. So all you can do is take an educated guess on how well his game will translate to the NBA level. It's a risky proposition for sure, and the Kings would be making a huge statement if they are to draft him.
