Avi & Laurent are certified sound healers working in Bali for a few years now, they are also Shamanic & Tantric Practitioners and hold various sound healing ceremonies around the island. In this episode they will bring you into a shamanic sound journey, going through natural acoustic indigenous sounds, mantras and sacred notes , to help you relax and release, to assist you into a space of stillness and peace. All you need to do is to find a quite and comfortable space to lie down, put your headphones or speakers on and make yourself feel comfortable. Surrender to the healing sounds, let the vibrations reach parts of yourself that needs healing. When in doubt just take a deeper breath in and exhale through your mouth to let go and release.
