4 Signs of unhealthy boundaries:
- Telling too much of your business to others, especially new people
- Accepting anything you dont want such as food, gifts, or even sex
- Allowing others to control your life
- Allowing others to take from you
Practice saying no without feeling guilty. You don't need to provide an excuse, no is a complete sentence.
How to set boundaries?
- Identify what is valuable to you. (time, things, space, privacy, religion, conversation topics, etc)
- Get comfortable with saying no. You can start small
- Be assertive
- Make self-care a priority. You are not selfish!
- Find support from loved ones and friends or a professional

- More confident
- Feel more peaceful
