Washed up R&B singer J Holiday is the "Clown Of The Day" after he decided it was a good idea to go on an Instagram rant about how female R&B singers need to stop capitalizing off of their pain...

The "Bed" singer apparently thinks that Grammy-nominated artists Beyonce, Cardi B & SZA singing about being hurt by black men is to blame for the lack of black men being nominated... let that sink in.

This is what J Holiday had to say:

Beyoncé, Cardi B, SZA (all y’all motherf*ckers) stop using that fucking pain to make it OK to say some bullsh*t on your record, and get nominated for a Grammy for going through some bullshit. Because so have I as a black motherf*cking man."

J. Holiday failed to mention that the men in hip-hop and R&B did indeed get Grammy love...

JAY-Z, who put his personal life on wax, was nominated eight times, including Album of the Year and Song of the Year.

Other black male artists nominated for Grammys this year are Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, Childish Gambino, Mali Music, Khalid and Bruno Mars, among others.

Cardi B has the perfect message for Holiday, and all other hating ass men like him:
