It’s a beautiful way to connect with your Guardian Angel or one of the Archangels you work with. It’s up to you, you can choose a different Angel each time you do it or you can work with the same Angel over and over. That’s the beauty of this blessing, it’s different each time you experience it and you get from it exactly what you need.

It’s really powerful but you’ll notice that you really begin to experience it’s positive effects if you take time to do it each day. Whether you do it once, or you do it every day, you’ll find you experience some level of transformation.
