This week we encounter the Full Moon in the sign of Leo on the 8th February. This Full Moon will bring a much lighter energy than the one we experienced in January with the Lunar Eclipse! So we can breathe a sign of relief, sit back and enjoy the softer, more supportive energy of this Leo Full Moon!

I’ve created this mediation to allow you to connect with and experience the benefits of the Full Moon energy. You can do it during any Full Moon phase to experience the release it offers.
