Many Australians underestimate the importance of having a will, believing they are not wealthy or old enough to need it. But experts say you should start thinking about having one as soon as you become an adult. You can get legal help or use a Do-It-Yourself will kit, but there are certain things to keep in mind while preparing a will.

Karamihan sa mga Australians ay binabaliwala ang paggawa ng will and testament o yong habilin bago mawala sa mundo. Pero payo ng mga eksperto, kailangan planuhin ang lahat ,  mayaman o hindi, may edad o mas bata, dahil una sa lahat  di mo hawak ang buhay mo, kaya di mo alam kung kelan mawawala at para na din sa ikakapanatag ng mga maiiwang na pamilya. Maaring gumawa sa pamamagitan ng Do-it-Yourself  will kit pero mas mainam sumangguni sa abogado.
