Since 15 December the number of COVID-19 cases began to surge in Australia.  Some doctors warned that if this trend continues it will put severe pressure on state and territory COVID testing programs and health systems. To combat the spread there was a call to reduce the wait time between the second and booster vaccinations.  So away from the politics, what should that gap really be?
