It seems the factional disputes in Indonesia’s Democrat Party will never end. Last week the Government would not recognise Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko claim to the chairmanship of the party. Subsequently on 05 April, Moeldoko’s opponents suggested he should just form a new party.  This prompted an unhappy reaction from Moeldoko’s supporters.

Perselisihan antar faksi di Partai Demokrat Indonesia tampaknya tidak akan pernah berakhir. Pekan lalu, Pemerintah tidak mau mengakui Kepala Staf Kepresidenan Moeldoko sebagai ketua partai. Selanjutnya pada 05 April, lawan Moeldoko menyarankan agar dia membentuk partai baru. Hal ini memicu reaksi tidak senang dari para pendukung Moeldoko.
