A few weeks ago, the United Nations' International Panel on Climate Change, or IPCC, warned that global temperatures would rise by 1.5 degrees a decade earlier than forecast. But experts say individual action against climate change will also help. To talk about this, we spoke with Pramisa Thapaliya, who is currently pursuing a Master's degree in agricultural economics in the United States and is working on behalf of young people to contribute to the national federal policy-making process.
