The gang are in school! But today they're on a field trip to the local museum. It isn't long when a samurai ghost shows up and steals the samurai swords, and Shaggy and Scooby are blamed for it! The gang won't accept that though and go back at night to help clear their names before the two spend the rest of their days in jail.
