We are focussing on Women's Football in this weeks guest specials and in the first part Good John is joined by Spartans Women's Manager Debbi McCulloch.

Debbi joined Spartans in 2008 after Community Coaching roles at Dundee United and Ross County, starting off as Shelley Kerr's assistant before taking the reigns in 2010 and, bar an 18 month break a couple of years ago, she has been at the helm ever since. In addition, Debbi is the Business and Operations Manager at the Spartans Academy.

She talks about the enjoyment of the job, a regret in not winning a trophy despite reaching four Premier League Cup Finals and the 2014 Scottish Women's Cup Final. She also talks about the start to the season, where Spartans have began with narrow defeats to Hibs, Rangers and Celtic, and previews the weekends game against Forfar Farmington.

Debbi also covers the lack of coaching opportunities for Women in the Men's game and the barriers that need to be broken down. There is also a good section on Mental Health, which is prominent in most peoples minds due to the effects of the Coronavirus Pandemic. We round off with the usual quick fire questions.
