John is joined by Hamish to discuss the events of the last week in Scottish football.

There is an early positive with the McBookie charity bets as we get our first win of the season.

The podcast is recorded as Celtic play their crucial European qualifier. The guys discuss whether it is good or bad for Scottish football if they progress.

Some of the Premiership games are discussed with Hamish being particularly impressed with Hearts performance against Inverness. Aberdeen get off the mark with a win with John pleased that they scored their first league goals of the season.

The attention then shifts towards the announcement of the Scotland squad with neither Hamish or John too excited by it. Hopefully though there is plenty of excitement when campaign starts however you’d take boring if it means Scotland qualify.

The podcast ends with Hamish giving his picks for the charity bets.

Thanks to those who have provided feedback @sffpodcast on twitter so far this season.

Thank you to McBookie for donating the charity bet stake.
