It's the cup final trio on this week and every other week usually. Only one of out of three were a winner though.

There's plenty to talk about with European action, league business, cup fever, Scotland and some other obscure stuff. Keep tuned in till the end.

Both Scottish teams had positive results in Europe and go in to their final game knowing what they have to do to qualify.

The Championship opened up the league action with Ayr flying high in Dundee while Partick Thistle fans wish their players had been kept captive by the SAS.

Arbroath and Edinburgh City continue to lead the other two lower leagues.

Rangers went top of the league with a victory in Edinburgh while Livingston got back to winning ways. Hamilton continued their habit of winning when it counts as they pulled away from the bottom two. There was a power issue at Rugby Park but it wasn't their midfielder at fault. They won convincingly to continue Hibs current woes.

Celtic won their seventh domestic title in a row as they defeated Aberdeen in the League Cup Final. Typically it was Ryan Christie who came back to haunt Aberdeen. At least it makes a change from Tom Rogic.

The podcast concludes the football chat with Scotland and their qualifying group draw.

Things take a turn with all kinds of food chat as John shares his pie with us.
