Episode 115: Zach Kingsland (Southern Methodist University Golfer) - a podcast by Dylan Otto

This week's episode of Scrambling with Dylan Otto features Southern Methodist University golfer Zach Kingsland.  It all started with playing the Wii golf game at his grandma's house and Zach Kingsland thought... why not take this to a real course?  That's what he's done ever since and he started playing in junior events in his home state of Texas.  As his game developed he started getting more into the high level events like the Legends Junior Tour and AJGA events around the country.  Not only did he play competitive junior golf, but his high school team was even more competitive as most of his teammates went on to play at D1 programs.   Kingsland takes us through his recruiting process and explains why he wanted to play for both Coach Parra and Wilkins at SMU.  Zach is apart of a very talented freshmen class at SMU and is looking to do some damage in his college career!  Enjoy the show!
