This week's episode of Scrambling with Dylan Otto features Arkansas State University golfer Jack Maxey.  Golf wasn't the first sport that Jack showed interest in.  Being from England, he wanted to get into football or soccer as we call it in the USA.  However, he couldn't start soccer until he got old enough so he got some golf lessons.  At a young age, Maxey started dealing with heart issues and couldn't get his heart rate up too high.  After a couple heart surgeries, he was able to perform at his full strength!  Jack takes us through his recruiting process being that he'd never stepped foot on US soil, he had to do the best he could with finding schools.  He landed on Keiser University in Palm Beach, Florida which he had both individual and team success winning Nationals his freshmen year as a team and a few individual titles.  Jack finished his freshmen year with a 71 scoring average and 3rd in GolfStat rankings.  He's now looking forward to attending Arkansas State Univeristy in the Fall to play D1 golf and let his golf game take care of the rest.  Enjoy the show!
