  • Surround yourself with positive people and positive thoughts. You might not see it right away, but day by day, you slowly incorporate this positivity for a better outlook at life.
  • Even on defeat, you should acknowledge your growth and effort. Once you recognize this, it will push you to strive further and try more things to help you achieve your goals.
