Maria Hatzistefanis is a London-based entrepreneur, bestselling author, and behind the skin care group Rodial. She started her career as a beauty editor and briefly worked in corporate finance. In 1999, she founded Rodial and since then she become a global player in the industry. After she published her bestselling book last 2017, she has since published two more titles, How To Make It Happen and How To Live Your Best Life which explore how to motivate yourself in your career and life. Maria is also a proud supporter of the British Fashion Council and sits on the advisory board which strives for innovation in the beauty industry.
