Welcome to the trailer for episode #177 with X-Forces Enterprise founder Ren Kapur MBE. Ren founded X-Forces Enterprise back in 2013 after seeing a number of troops return home from active service and struggle to find work. They now offer support to former members of the armed forces and their families and helps them startup their own businesses.

Ren's subsequently been awarded an MBE in the Queen's birthday honours list, which is impressive. What's even more impressive is that she has overcome being forced to leave school and enter an arranged marriage at the age of just 16 and two days, had two young children whilst a teenager herself, and then had them taken away from her whilst they were still very young.
