She showed her students how to dissolve WAFFLES (worries, anxiety, fear, frustration, lethargy, exhaustion, and stress) using the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). In this episode, Katie shares her story and how it led her to becoming an expert in EFT. She also shares the DISC model, a framework to see others' needs to understand better ways to communicate.
