The 2022 regular season has come to a conclusion and Pete Carroll has finished the year with another winning record. Not only that, he swept both Kliff Kingsbury and Sean McVay on his way to a 9-8 season with Geno Smith under center. Now Kingsbury has been cast out of Arizona and reports are that McVay could be done in LA. That could leave us with just one NFC West Frat Boy remaining of the trio. But is there a route to where Pete is the last man standing in the division after this weekend?

First, the Seahawks would have to get a win over a San Francisco 49ers team that is considered one of the best teams in the NFL going into the post season. Their 10-game winning streak would have to come to an end. What factors at play this weekend actually favor the Seahawks? There's certainly some history on Seattle's side when it comes to Coach Carroll and the postseason.

Secondly, the loss dealt to the Niners would have to come in a devastating fashion, and in a way not unfamiliar to Kyle Shannahan. But is that really the way we would want to see our Seahawks win on Saturday? We all have something to say after the doubters wrote off the Seahawks 2022 season - and it's not over, yet! Bring on the playoffs and the San Francisco 49ers!
