Win or loss (even when we get mullered), this show has been about coming on each and every week to talk about what we saw from the previous week. Even a few days out, a loss like this is frustrating. We discuss the frustration, because one team clearly had a plan for what they wanted to do and the other didn't. Or maybe they did have a plan, but it was completely out of order. Why does the rest of the team owe Geno Smith an apology? Adam breaks down, drive-by-drive, where the fault lies in how each drive got killed.

One of our long-time listeners calls in to ask what we'd need to see from Geno Smith to know when it is time to move on in the middle of the season. There is a distinction between elite, very good, and everyone else and the pieces around the player that can have an impact.

With the Commanders up next, it's a get-right game and Seattle needs to show they can get the run game going. With Geno among the top quarterbacks when running play action, the best opportunity for the Seahawks to finish strong is to do it with Ken Walker and Zach Charbonnet sharing the workload. But Washington could apply pressure to this Seattle defense based on the number of offensive weapons they have.

The Seahawks weren't the only NFC West team with a limited amount of offensive production this week. With their backup quarterbacks playing, the Cardinals and Rams struggled to score points. Can Sean McVay get Carson Wentz to return to his former MVP form? A curse wheel and the ex-wife of Earl Thomas need to do better. Better at life honors go out to a team for closing out an historic rivalry in a fun way and for all the 12s hanging in there after a rough game.
