It's the first show of the offseason as the guys talk about Pete Carroll making the rounds and talking about what he is calling "the worst result of a call ever." Adam and Brandan discuss injuries on both sides of the ball and how it could impact free agency. The guys run down the list of Seahawks free agents and talk about two big names being floated around as potential Seahawks: Ndamukong Suh and Larry Fitzgerald.

Coaching changes are underway as Ken Norton Jr. leaves for Oakland and Kris Richard is expected to be announced as the new defensive coordinator (note: the show was recorded before the official announcement was made on Monday). Brandan revisits the discussion about quarterback records in the first three seasons when the defense allows more than 24 points and issues a correction.

An abundance of emails, reviews and Facebook posts came in over the last week and we try and get to all of them. Good news is that the show can now receive reviews left on iTunes in other countries. With the NFL arrest season just starting, it makes for easy nominees for "Do Better." Better at Life honors go to the Green Bay Packers and Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt.
