The Seahawks are 4-4 and coming out of their bye week into the second half of the season. A listener from Hawaii emails in to say that this team winning close games is the one we've loved watching over the last few years. The performance over the first half of the season shouldn't be that unexpected. Next, Adam introduces a new moniker to motivate the offensive line for the second half of the season, as they'll be known as the 'ole line' until things improve.

The guys preview the matchup against the Cardinals and similar to last year, the Seahawks provide a tough matchup for a Cardinals team that likes to take shots down the field. Brandan and Adam key in on the running game being a key part of both team's success and the defensive line for the Seahawks could have a great opportunity to attack a Cardinals offensive line that has struggled particularly on the right side. Listener and Patreon donor Ross Wilwerding joins the show to provide some of his thoughts on the matchup.

In the second half of the show, we get into some of the emails that came in over the bye week. One listener makes a call to action over beer prohibition at arbitrary times of the day. Adam the curmudgeon makes an appearance with his disgust over televisions showing up in random spots, while Brandan is too disgusted to talk about Greg Hardy, so he directs his disgust toward Matt Cassel's mustache. Better at life nods go to a pair of Oklahoma quarterbacks in the NFL and Ricardo Lockette.
