Today’s guest has an incredibly unique story, going from being a 24 x NZ surf life saving champion, to being a part of the sporting event which took over the nation, representing Team NZ and successfully defending the Americas cup. He’s one of the hardest trainers and most dedicated sportsmen I know but more importantly, hes a bloody good friend and apart from switching footy clubs I can’t fault the bloke.
