How to combat and deal with depression.

Have you ever found woke up with a nagging sense of unease? Negative thoughts and worries filling your mind. Feeling depressed?

This episode is about HOW to combat depression. Try these simple strategies to help you deal effectively situations that are negative and create added stress in your life and my lead to depression.

#1. Get more sleep. A minimum of 8 hours.

#2. Learn to pay attention to yourself and your body. Pay attention to your body and give yourself a break. Take a quick nap. Do less.

#3. Exercise everyday. Get outside.

#4. Manage your diet. Eliminate caffeine, white flour, sugar, stimulants etc.

#5. Turn off the noise. Get quiet, learn to meditate.
