SYNOPSIS: For this episode, we head to Birmingham as we cover the tragic and deeply unsettling case of Hakeem Hussain...Hakeem' short life came to an abrupt end in the early hours of 26 November 2017. Gasping for air in the garden of the crack den he was living in with his mother, Hakeem collapsed and died, clutching a leaf in his hand.
