Welcome to the Seeking Ayla podcast. In our second episode of this season, we reflect on a common theme I have seen with clients and loved ones from 2020—the break down of identity. While this has been difficult and jarring for many, there is so much beauty in the breakdown. I want to share the wisdom of that with you today.
