Since this time of year so many of us are focused on setting extreme resolutions that could ultimately be harmful I thought it would be the perfect time to have specialists on to explain why diets are not healthy undertakings.  I'm kicking off the New Year with the creator o the Trust Your Body Project, Whitney Catalano.  Whitney Catalano is an anti-diet Registered Dietitian that helps people heal their relationship with food, break free from the diet/binge cycle, and learn to practice radical self-care.
