After watching Florida State drop 99 on Miami, Matt and Michael get together to discuss how good the team played, which pretty much encapsulated the entire roster. The first half defense was terrible, but Coach Hamilton was able to make a nice adjustment to which Miami had no answer. Always a fun rivalry game when it ends with the Green Vipers making it rain.
During the Miami game, the NCAA released their initial bracket which captures the top-16 seeds. FSU was obviously in the bracket, and we discuss where they currently are, and how difficult it will be to move up to that 2-seed line. Then it's on to Duke. FSU has a top-10 matchup on Monday night. Will FSU sell out to stop Vernon Carey, and leave guys like Tre Jones and Cassius Stanley available to go bananas? Who on FSU's roster could be primed for a big game? How much would a loss matter?
Towrap up the pod, we say farewell to our fearless leader Bud Elliot who is leaving Tomahawk Nation for his next challenge.Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
