Florida State Seminoles Football: Triple Option with Brendan Sonnone of 247 Sports - a podcast by FSU football analysis, news and recruiting

Spring football has been underway for a few weeks now for the Florida State Seminoles.

Usually these practices culminate in one final scrimmage that pits the players against their teammates, but this year has been a bit different. This year, there has been a lot more opportunity to see the players suit up in more of a game-like setting.

For the past two Saturdays, the Garnet and Gold have taken the field and given a small glimpse into what the team might look like come fall camp.

FSU released some select footage from the scrimmages and released it to the media. That means that the Triple Option has some new stuff to talk about but they aren’t doing it alone. Brendan Sonnone from Noles247 will be joining them. Not only was he able to attend the scrimmages and share his notes but he is also kind enough to share a bit of recruiting insight.
