Florida State Seminoles sign Class of 2021 recruits -- how did FSU do? - a podcast by FSU football analysis, news and recruiting

Florida State, just three years ago, was signing top ten classes. This year on Early Signing Day, the Seminoles sit at No. 31 — which if it finished at that spot would be the lowest-rated class since 2007 (20), according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.

Is it an indication of things gone wrong in Tallahassee, or a better-than-expected effort given the fact that 2020, by no means, has been a normal year? While the overall prestige of the class leaves some to be desired, especially considering the prospects that FSU was at one time in on or had committed, it still reflects a pretty good haul, especially considering that the Seminoles had always planned on taking a small class in order to keep open roster spots for transfers (who are now immediately eligible.)
