Ronan is the Founder of Cred, who work at the intersection of education and technology.


Cred specialises in helping people and organisations change behaviors so they can build sustainable habits.


Their work focuses in the areas of mental health, connection and social impact.


He’s a Coach with the Neuroleadership Institute and has coached over 3000 people around the world


A self proclaimed sporting nut and father of 3 kids.. Now onto a journey of impact and purpose through his company and commitment to the Global Goals.


He brings over 20 years of experience and expertise from the technology, education, engineering, communications and National Governing Body fields.


Recently Ronan has delivered 30 Day Challenges with students at the University of New South Wales in Australia and the University of Mississippi in the US in the areas of leadership, mental health and well-being and social impact, based on the United Nations Global Goals for Sustainable Development.


Ronan and his family are deeply committed to the search to cure Type 1 diabetes, which affects one of his own three children. In 2014 Ronan founded the 4040 Diabetes charity and has personally raised over $200,000 to date. In his spare time, Ronan also competes in marathons, cycling events and triathlons, including the 2006 Australian lronman.
