Drinks of the Week

Tiffany: 

Classic Gin Fizz Cocktail 

• · 2 ounces gin 


• · 3/4 ounce  lemon juice (or lime juice) 


• · 3/4 ounce simple syrup 


• · Optional: 1  egg white  


• · 2 ounces soda water (or enough to fill) 


• · Garnish: lemon peel

Pour the gin, juice, sugar, syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 

-shake vigorously, strain into high balls glass top with soda water 

Garnish with lemon peel or cherry 

Quintin: 

Porn Star Martini 

• 1 1/2 fresh passion fruit 


• 2 oz absolut vanilia vodka 


• 1/2 oz passoa "the passion drink" liqueur 


• 1/2 oz vanilla sugar syrup 


• 1/2 oz line juice 


• 2 oz brut champagne on the side
