In this episode, Coach Rye and Anton talk about routines. Anton starts going into the details of his morning routine (4:00), and talks about the first part which retrospection and reflection, or what he calls the dopamine moment (5:15) which is capped off with some reality check (8:30). Anton then talks about looking at the present and visualizing the outcome (13:05) and finally about prioritization and delegation (18:12). Coach Rye then talks about how his routine is different from Anton's (21:05) and talks about the importance of meditation / mindfulness for him (21:05)
