The Perseverance Thing

Today we are talking about what do you do when you cant stop to take a break. When life piles stuff on, are you letting go of what you have accomplished or are you holding on to it, letting it overwhelm you? You can not be in a place where you are in the mindset of when everything falls into place I will be at peace. You will be chasing that peace forever. Your peace can not be reliant on decompression, you have to be able to teach your self to decompress in the highest stress situations. There is a "healthy decompression" vs. a "crash and burn".
