We are continuing our conversation on Mental Health, covering some topics we ran out of time on from last week. Society fears what it does not know. Those who control the views of the society will label what it doesn’t know as broken, crazy, wrong, or damaged.
People arnt crazy, they are gifted. But that is not what we are taught to view these gifts as. When you are not meeting societies expectations of what you should be, or how you should feel, you will feel disconnected from your self and what you want to feel.
We are talking on the stigma with men and mental health. Societies expectaions and what they put on men and how they should feel and how they should be. Human beings need to feel emotions. We need to be focusing on allowing men and women to feel and express emotions, instead of surpressing them and trying to conform to what we “think” we should be.
Mental health is not gender specfic or status specfic.
You have to find what feed yours soul, you have to find your passion.
Your not crazy, there is nothing “wrong” with you. If you are truly intrested in being naturally happy and fulfilled. It is possible. Mental health is not a box and neither is overcoming the struggles within it. There are options. We are breaking the stigma that there is only one way to do things. You find what works for you, what feeds your soul. Find your Happy.
