Monica is the Founder of Head + Heart, and the co-owner of Vancouver-based marketing agency, The Social Agency. Monica launched Head + Heart in 2018 with a mission to help people find great wellness support. Her favorite part of growing this website has been getting to connect with so many genuinely inspiring people while fuelling her own curiosity about the magic of being human.
