About our guest: Lisa Welsh is a Sexual Empowerment and Pleasure Coach who helps people to overcome sexual shame and insecurities so that they can step into their true orgasmic nature. She started out as a life coach, and gradually moved into the realm of sexuality after discovering the healing impact of reclaiming this part of her own identity. Lisa’s life used to revolve around her to-do list. As a busy mum with massive body image issues and no time for herself, sex started to feel like another chore to complete. She learned to put on an act to make her partner feel good and get it over as fast as possible. Eventually Lisa was forced to admit that she was losing ‘herself’ and decided to turn inward to remove the barriers she had erected over the years… she dedicated years to reading, learning, self-study and personal experimentation to re-stoke that fire in her belly and now she guides women to do the same.
