‘Tis the season of giving and receiving gifts. In medicine, as demonstrated by the early phase of the pandemic, patients and the public may express gratitude towards healthcare staff by giving tokens of appreciation in the form of gifts.

In this episode, we discuss:- the ethics and etiquette of receiving gifts from patients
- how thank you cards can be a good addition to your portfolio, and- how you can also show appreciation and gratitude to your colleagues by writing feedback.

Thank you for your support this year. If you have any ideas of what we should cover later in the season, please let us know by contacting us via social media.
