300K to level a toon up from 80-81 (Approx. 1.6M from 80-85)
New gear levels! Takes everyone to G11, already G11 toons do get new gear but not enough to go to 12

Toon level, Gear & Mod changes take effect immediately in Arena (You do not need to fight to have increased stats recognized)
Mods!
How do I know which ones to level up?!
Green if speed, potency or crit chance 2nd and is needed
Blue same as green
Prefer Purple or Gold, have best chance to gain high secondary stats
Keep ANY that give speed, you never know when you make need to make someone a little slower to improve your arena team
How should I get them?
Crit damage, potency, health. 3 best ones according to wink
Speed, crit chance, and defense useful in certain situations
If you're wanting better secondary speed, save the resources and buy from shipments

Kind of depends:
Best is lots of crit chance >50% for the offense up
Crit damage obviously also fantastic when paired with high crit chance
Has strong attacks anyway, going with health bonus can also be very effective in a tankier team. Would be very frustrating to AOE teams
