Today’s episode is all about the power of breath. Our special guest, Megan Dunne Krouse, a yoga instructor that specialized in breath work. 

Megan has been teaching for 25 years and she tells us her story of how she truly found breath work and incorporated it into her practice. She teaches how to use your breath for better sleep, nourishing yourself, better digesting, and moving through difficult things.

One of the most repeated pieces of advice I’ve heard to reduce stress and overwhelm while working in the salon, is to focus on your breath. But I’ve never actually been taught HOW to really allow the breath to heal. Spoiler alert, it's not just taking long deep breaths when you're feeling stressed out...take a listen as Megan brings us through an exercise to find our healing breath.
