Julie Hamilton is a wife, a homeschool mom, an author, encourager and runs an incredibly successful photography business with her husband Damion in Napa, California. She joins the podcast today to share her faith story and share about what God put on her heart about using social media to impact 1 million women with simple tips on how to build a strong and healthy life in the Lord.

Testimony (1:50)

Julie is a Texas native shares how she's thankful to have been raised in the church her whole life, but it wasn't until she attended a youth event in California during her teen years that she went "all in" for authentically walking out her faith. That experience has laid the foundation for which the rest of her life was built upon; including staying in California to build a life there.

Life Builders (6:15)

Life Builders is a goal Julie has to encourage 1 Million people by the time she turns 50! It's all about equipping other to find the sweet spot of using the gifts and abilities they've been given by God and use them for a purpose that honors him.

Using Your Talents (12:00)

Julie talks about how so often women get caught in the trap of thinking that using their talents means they have to change the world or make a difference in thousands of lives or it's not valid or valuable. This is simply not the case.

Being Authentically You (16:30)

Authenticity frees others up to be themselves. When we share our struggles and let down our barriers it encourages others to say, "I'm struggling with this too." And then reach out for support.

Conversations With Other Women (20:03)

A lot of conversations Julie is having with others these days is about community and not being isolated. Connection and supporting one another seems to be at the top of the list. We can't do life alone. In fact, we're never the only one going through something.

Conversations With Other Women (25:03)

Julie talks about an amazing concept of "Mom's Adventure Day" where one day a month she puts a day on the family calendar where she gets out of the home by herself to go on an adventure whether it's in nature, to a movie or to do something she's been wanting to do.
