#50. How holding successful meetings shows great leadership - a podcast by Raising the Baa

We discuss the upsides and downsides of virtual meetings and the inevitable growth of hybrid meetings, with a mix of virtual and in-person participants. Whether it's a shepherd with their dog or an online meeting, eye contact is the defining factor.  Listen out for Caterina's stellar tip for hybrid meetings which she feels are the hardest of all to lead.
