About Teresa: Teresa Freeman is the founder and owner of TFA Soft Skills, an organization focused on strengthening soft skills including written and verbal communication, interviewing, networking, brand creation, and public speaking/presenting. She is a certified executive coach, the author of “Soft Skills I Learned the Hard Way” ,and the host of the Podcast REAL-ATABLE in which she talks to guests across several industries about navigating the non-linear path of career and life.  Prior to starting TFA Soft Skills Teresa worked for 25+ years in human resources. She held roles specializing in recruitment, learning and development, performance management, executive effectiveness. 

As an HR leader and executive at Amazon, Deloitte, and IBM, she witnessed professionals progress and struggle based on their soft skills acumen.  Through individual coaching, group workshops and speaking engagements, Teresa works with students and professionals in developing key skills to help them communicate with confidence, achieve their goals, and succeed.

Elena has a strong interest in how we can use science - particular Behavioral and Neuro sciences - to help people learn effectively, expand their mindset and overall grow personally and professionally.
