About Olga: A professional management coach, consultant and trainer with a unique, fresh, style based on her background spending a decade as a wilderness guide and Outward Bound instructor.

After emigrating to the United States as a young child, Olga quickly discovered a love of the great outdoors and a fierce determination and optimism that would drive her throughout her life to take risks, remain true to core ethical values, and build strong teams and family ties wherever she went.

For the past 17 years, Olga has taught leadership development, first as an experiential educator and then as a professional trainer. She’s worked in education, fintech, biotech, manufacturing, SAS, B2B, and marketing.

She’s won awards like the CEO Award at ZoomInfo for excellence, the President’s Award at Outward Bound for bringing out the best in herself and others, and the SPOT Award at Analog Devices for creating exemplary programming. She often receives feedback such as “this is so wildly different from other trainings I’ve received in my 25+ year career,” “this training was actually useful,” and “wow, you really know how to apply the concepts.”

Olga spent a decade teaching leadership development through Outward Bound’s experiential learning model in the Florida everglades, Colorado Rockies, Boston Harbor, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South America, using Outward Bound’s foundation of training the mind to be strong. In the decade that she oversaw Outward Bound’s programming, she facilitated CEOs, principals, school administrators, and business school students.

Her career went from managing ten teenagers at a time to managing a department of six products and a department that at its largest held over 100 people. She began looking outside herself for knowledge. Olga was invited to attend training from some of the biggest management brands to folks at Harvard and even large corporate legends. She became immersed in the management sections of the bookstore. While each held nuggets of important information, She found they fell short. She realized there was a gap in the corporate sector for a true understanding of how to effectively coach teams to the greatness she was experiencing at Outward Bound and she wanted to fill it.

She is currently pursuing an MBA from UNC Kenan Flagler Business School. She holds a coaching certificate from the Neuroleadership Institute. A certificate in Leadership from UC Berkeley, a certificate in management & leadership from Boston University. As well as certificates in talent management from McLean & Co, transformational DEI from the Greater Boston City of Commerce, Evaluation Design from Endicott College and a DiSC certification.
