About Jubee: Jubee Vilceus, with a background in MIS started Yellow Tail Tech, an EdTech company solving a big market problem: There was no offering specifically designed and intended to address the growing need of people with no IT background wanting to pivot into the IT industry. The Maryland-based tech expert found a great disbalance in terms of program pricing and curriculum management and most importantly programs suited for this particular sub-niche; People with the commitment and High-Performance Habit necessary but lacking the technical background to jump into a regular IT boot camp or College program. Most boot camp programs available were either too expensive, too short, or too cheap and ineffective. Responding to the demand, he decided to develop a program that would prepare people for new careers in six to nine months. His focus is the Linux Operating System and AWS Cloud computing. They do this by delivering tailored and personalized Virtual Live Training, highly in-demand certifications, Apprenticeship programs, and a community of Top Notch Industry Certified Instructors and students rooting for each other.

About your host:  Elena is a talent development specialist & an education advocate.
