Brent Ingram is in his first year in 2022-23 as the assistant athletics director of communication at Baylor.  Ingram joined the Baylor staff in Aug. of 2022 after spending four years at UTSA as the associate director of communications. He is tasked with the overall leadership of the communications office and as the primary contact for Baylor football. He joined the UTSA staff after spending two years at UT Arlington and the previous 12 years working at the University of Kentucky. He has worked with a diverse group of sports during his career, including baseball, men’s basketball, football, men’s and women’s tennis, track&field and cross country, men’s and women’s soccer, rifle and volleyball. He was the president of the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association in 2022 and serves on the CoSIDA Stabley Writing Contest and Publications Contest committees.
