My guest today is Tracy Sherriff. Tracy is a true multi-passionate side hustler.

When not working in her full-time day job (that she loves) leading, coaching, and mentoring her team of twelve, she teaches part-time at a local college, volunteers as a mentor for parents of children with special needs locally and globally with a parent support group and podcast, is currently completing her 2nd year of Studies in the Masters of Arts in Education program at CMU, all the while focusing on building a scalable business supporting online course creators with creating engaging, collaborative learning experiences for their chosen tribe.

Tracy is passionate about teaching and learning and views her side hustle as an investment into her future. She looks for open doors to walk through and enjoys exploring what's on the other side whether opportunities or learning.

Tracy is a lifelong learner and realizes a lot of joy helping others develop learning journeys for their students based on solid instructional design. Some of the things we discuss are:

  • What exactly is an instructional designer and why would someone hire someone like you?
  • Time Management - getting it all in, meeting goals and objectives - tips/strategies
  • The importance of networking, making connections, and building relationships with other entrepreneurs as part of your side hustle.

You can connect with Tracy in her Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/teachyourtribeonline/, or her website: https://www.teachyourtribeonline.com/.
