In this episode, we are joined by George Ballew who is the Clinical Director at the Heritage Community in Provo. We talk about mental health and George's work as a therapist. He gives great insights on how to help folks that are struggling, how to help yourself if you are experiencing depression or anxiety, and how companies can take an active role in helping with mental health issues with their respective employees.
